Spin up your machine
A machine is your own private computational backend — its own keys, its own hash-linked audit chain, its own clock. You provision one for free, on our nodes, and everything else you build runs on it. Nothing to install, nothing to host.
The button provisions your machine in the browser, on our nodes, and creates your free account. You
get a real zeq_ak_… key and the 1,287-credit welcome — and your recovery equation, shown
once.
Save your equation — the one step you can't skip
Spin-up hands you a recovery equation, shown once. There is no password reset — so save it
now, as a .ZEQ file, a photo, or a PDF. Whoever can reproduce the equation is
the account; lose it with no recovery file and the machine is gone.
Connect to your machine
Put your zeq_ak_… key in whichever client you work in, and every call runs on your machine, on
your audit chain:
Editor & browser
Sign in once in the VS Code or Chrome extension — the same machine, everywhere.
Your own apps
Host a channel app on the machine and it computes key-free from inside the page.
